Over the last several years we have provided Job Placement and Externship services – placing over 20,000 students with employers nationwide.
We’ve created our new Candidate Relations Team (CRT) and Placement Services Team (PST) to streamline and improve how we support candidates.
The RTW process is designed to provide comprehensive career services including resume writing, employer outreach and individualized support all designed to ensure that candidates have the necessary resources to secure employment.
Step 1 – Candidate Placement Questionnaire (CPQ): Candidates begin their placement journey by completing a CPQ, where they indicate whether they are seeking Job or Externship Placement, location preferences, and upload their current Resume.
Step 2 – Candidate Intake Form (CIF): A CRT Counselor completes a draft CIF – using both the candidates CPQ responses and the candidate’s current resume. The candidate is provided their draft CIF to complete any missing information and upload any requested documents (e.g., immunization records, background check, drug screen, etc.).
Step 3 – Candidate Intake Call: Once the CIF is complete and all required documents are received, the candidate is invited to schedule their Candidate Intake Call with a CRT counselor to finalize their CIF.
Step 4 – Ready to Work (RTW) Approved Resume: After the Candidate Intake Call, a CRT counselor creates a Candidate RTW-Approved Resume that will be shared with participating employers.
Step 5 – Job or Externship Placement: Candidates are assigned a Placement Services Team (PST) recruiter who works with the candidate to find them their ideal placement opportunity.
Step 6 – RTW Employer Dashboard: Participating employers can securely access a dashboard to view consenting RTW approved candidates, review resumes, favorite and save candidates, and request candidate interviews.
